The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4000 N.W. 38th Ave., Lauderdale Lakes was sold on Sept. 15 by Saintluc and Jean-Rony Prudomme and Silianie and Jean-Romy Prudhomme for $111,416. The buyers were Saintluc and Silianie Prudhomme.

This home last sold for $136,000 on Feb. 1, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 25 properties sold in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 4000 N.W. 38th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathyana Naica Forest, 23, Lilleth M. Levy, 91, Saint Luc Prudhomme, 48, Patrice A. Young, 31, Donna V. Young, 61, and Maurice A. Young, 26.
