On Sept. 15, Nikhil Merala and Swathai Bodolla purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 118 N.W. 115th Terrace, Plantation from Brendan and Kristen Fonteciella for $275,000.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 17, 2012. It last sold for $112,000.

So far in September 2021, 90 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brendan C. Fonteciella has been registered to vote since 2006. Kristen Elizabeth Fonteciella has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
