On Sept. 15, Zillow Homes Property (trust) purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9448 N.W. 45th Place, Sunrise from John and Donna Reed for $390,357.

So far in September 2021, 99 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Donna Reed has been registered to vote since 1984. John Reed has been registered to vote since 2005.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9448 N.W. 45th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donna Reed, 62, Kevin J. Reed, 36, and John Reed, 63.
