On Sept. 15, Jacqueline and Renetta Williams purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1040 N.W. 84th Ave. B31, Plantation from Lucinda Ortigao for $160,000.

This home last sold on June 21, 2018 for $122,500.

So far in September 2021, 90 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Cherylyn Golfin, 70, was the only registered voter residing at 1040 N.W. 84th Ave. B31 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
