On Sept. 15, Delvy A. Viva Roman and Betsaida Evangelina Alcantara Ortega purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 2032 N.W. 10th Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Orestes Valdivia Hernandez and Yudelki Padron for $400,000.

This home last sold for $340,000 on Aug. 17, 2018.

So far in September 2021, 226 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Christopher Lambing, 48, was the only registered voter residing at 2032 N.W. 10th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
