The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 433 Bontona Ave., Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 15 by Eric S Spofford and Real People (trust) for $3,000,000. The buyer was Christopher John Mazingo.

This home last sold for $2,500,000 on Oct. 30, 2020.

So far in September 2021, 226 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 433 Bontona Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brayden Quinn, 36, and Alicia Marie Sacramone Quinn, 33.
