This home last sold for $193,000 on April 6, 2004.

So far in September 2021, 66 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jorge G. Luna has been registered to vote since 2002. Ana M. Luna has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 16855 Patio Village Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Claudia Fabiola Luna, 27, Jorge G. Luna, 65, Ana M. Luna, 61, and Olga P. Pineros, 47.
