The last time this home sold was Aug. 19, 2021. It last sold for $300,000.

So far in September 2021, 224 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Heather Lee Baumwald, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 6467 Bay Club Drive 2 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
