The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 1241 Cordova Road, Fort Lauderdale was sold on Sept. 14 by Daniel Gaetano Vetrano and Ruby Claire Young for $1,250,000. The buyers were Danielle and Garrett Wegerif.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 17, 2018. It last sold for $635,000.

So far in September 2021, 224 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Daniel Gaetano Vetrano has been registered to vote since 2011. Ruby Claire Young has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
