On Aug. 31, Pilaj Ilirian and Inna Mazalova purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 4250 Palmetto Trail, Weston from George Ibrahin and Mariam Khalil for $750,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 29, 2017 for $451,500.

So far in August 2021, 166 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mariam Khalil has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4250 Palmetto Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: George Ibrahim, 49, and Mariam Khalil, 45.
