On July 29, Sumintra Achaibar (trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4692 N.W. 99th Ave., Sunrise to Anopia Shirley and Nirmal Navindra Singh for $375,000.

This home last sold on May 8, 2008 for $270,000.

So far in July 2021, 226 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sumintra Achaibar has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4692 N.W. 99th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sumintra Achaibar, 82, and Jairam Achaibar, 88.
