This home last sold for $3,100,000 on May 22, 2006.

So far in July 2021, 676 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Betty S. Hamilton (64) has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
