This home last sold on Feb. 28, 2012 for $135,600.

So far in July 2021, 184 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ileana Teresa Alvarez has been registered to vote since 1977.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6843 N.W. 14th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stacy L. McMenemy, 53, Joseph Richard Sposa, 66, Ileana Teresa Alvarez, 64, and Dariel Alvarez, 34.
