On July 30, Willis Martinez and Norma Rodriguez purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1719 Whitehall Drive 401, Davie from Whitehall Apartments Inc. for $190,000.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 26, 2010. It last sold for $92,000.

So far in July 2021, 197 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alisha L. Torres, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 1719 Whitehall Drive 401 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
