On July 29, Mahesh Paturu and Divya Srinivasa Gowda purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 869 Briar Ridge Road, Weston from Lawrence M. and Ligia J. Bell for $560,000.

This home last sold for $325,000 on Nov. 9, 2009.

So far in July 2021, 177 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ligia Jazmin Bell has been registered to vote since 2014. Lawrence Mac Donald Bell has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 869 Briar Ridge Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ligia Jazmin Bell, 47, Lawrence Mac Donald Bell, 58, Catherine Andrea Bell, 21, and Keven Alexander Bell, 25.
