On July 29, Juan and Rosana Alberto sold their home at 2 S.E. 16th Ave., Fort Lauderdale to Ross Klikovac for $1,565,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 8, 2014 for $1,050,000.

So far in July 2021, 649 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rosana Alberto has been registered to vote since 2003. Juan Alberto has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
