On July 29, Alejandro and Maria O. Quintero sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1431 Campanelli Drive, Plantation to Jeff M. and Cynthia A. Taylor for $270,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 11, 2000 for $70,000.

So far in July 2021, 177 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alejandro Quintero has been registered to vote since 2000. Maria Ofelia Quintero has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
