On July 29, Broward County Circuit Court, Susette Louima and Genese D Adescat sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3508 N.W. 35th St., Lauderdale Lakes to G & GJ77 International Investments Inc. for $211,600.

This home last sold on Oct. 16, 2006 for $255,000.

So far in July 2021, 52 properties sold in Lauderdale Lakes.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Genese Ductan Adescat has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3508 N.W. 35th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rosemond Adescat, 60, and Genese Ductan Adescat, 59.
