On July 29, Rachel Carbonell purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1390 S.W. 32nd Ave., Fort Lauderdale from Colin A. and Debra D. Taylor for $405,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 30, 2019 for $353,700.

So far in July 2021, 649 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Colin Andrew Taylor has been registered to vote since 2019. Debra Dianne Taylor has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
