On July 29, Benjamin Medaries and Kelly Patricia Sedan-Hundelshausen purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 651 Honeysuckle Lane, Weston from Benjamin Medaries and Ingrid Sedan for $184,859.21.

This home last sold on Aug. 4, 2016 for $450,000.

So far in July 2021, 177 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ingrid Johanna Sedan has been registered to vote since 2012. Benjamin Corley Medaries has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 651 Honeysuckle Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ingrid Johanna Sedan, 41, Sofia Bustos, 21, and Benjamin Corley Medaries, 45.
