Sound Bath Healing

Join us on the third Sunday of every month from 9am – 10am at the Jim Ward Community Center for a relaxing sound bath healing class. Your instructor will take you on a journey inward with the use of crystal sound bowls and sacred instruments to draw you into a meditative state. Just sit back or lay down, close your eyes and settle into your breath as you listen to the sounds and rest.
Please bring a yoga mat, any blankets or pillows for head and lower back support, and water.
