Lauderhill Commissioner Melissa P. Dunn presents the City of Lauderhill’s first Faith Based Business Conference (FBBC) on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 9:00 AM at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center – located at 3800 NW 11th PL. Lauderhill, FL 33311. 

Calling all Lauderhill Faith-Based leaders and administrators to attend this FREE Business conference created especially for you. FBBC attendees will gain actionable insight and access to valuable resources to grow your house of worship in this POST-COVID era.

“We must come together in faith and learn about existing tools and innovative ways we can elevate our capacity to sustain and grow our organizations,” explains Commissioner Dunn.

FBBC attendees can expect three Sessions. First, the Marketing Session will emphasize branding, digital marketing, and virtual experiences. Next, Ministry will cover how to identify outreach and service needs, community activism, and growing your volunteer base as well as your congregation. The third is Money where you will attain insight into grant strategies and access to capital, and elevate your capacity to sustain and grow.

Commissioner Dunn is on a mission to make the City of Lauderhill a healthy and prosperous place to live, learn, work, play, worship, do business, and raise a family. Her experience as a business owner, a community activist, and an elected official has been substantial. The Faith-Based Business Conference is part of Lauderhill Health and Prosperity’s (LHPP) Community Context Sub-council’s efforts to effect positive change in our city!
